"Financing was Kind of a headache"
The credit promo sounded simple at first, but once I got into the approval stuff and payment details, it got confusing fast. The staff didn’t Really walk me through it much either, so I left feeling a bit unsure about the whole thing.

"It Was Actually in Stock for Once"
I was half expecting the usual nonsense where it says “in stock” and then suddenly it’s not when you try to order. But nope, it actually was available like they claimed. Kind of sad that this feels worth mentioning, but here we are.

"Still holding up well"
I’ve had this for a few months now the quality has been solid. It still looks good and hasn’t really shown much wear. I can’t say much about customer service since I usually try to avoid dealing with them unless I absolutely have to, but the product itself has been totally fine so far.

"Measurements were spot on for my room"
I was a little nervous about ordering online since my living room doesn’t have a ton of extra space, but the measurements on furniturerow.com ended up being right on. I measured my room twice, which was probably unnecessary, but the sofa matched the listed dimensions exactly.

Delivery went smoothly, and it fit through the doorway just like I was hoping. No surprises with the height or depth, and it looks great in the room. Really happy with it, 5 stars from me

My order confirmation matched exactly what I picked, and the price and delivery info all looked right too. There weren’t any weird surprises, which I appreciate. Still, after the hassle I was expecting at least some kind of apology, but overall the order details were fine.

I ordered a new sofa on furniturerow.com and the checkout part was smooth, like nothing got weird or stuck. The pages loaded good enough, my payment went through on the first try, and the email showed up right away after. So yeah, no problems really, and I was happy with how it all went

I ordered a sofa from Furniture Row and the color was just like it looked in the pictures, at least to me. The fabric felt about like what they described too, so it all showed up more or less how I expected. No weird surprises, which was nice

"Easy to put together"
I got my furniture from Furniture Row putting it together was a lot easier than I thought it would be. The instructions were clear enough, all the parts were included, and nothing really felt confusing. It did take me a little while, but that was mostly just me taking my time. I’ve had furniture before where missing pieces made the whole thing a headache, which is so preventable, so I was glad that wasn’t the case here. Overall, happy with how it turned out

"Delivery mix-up, but they made it right"
I’ll admit, when my couch delivery got mixed up, I was sure I was in for a headache with Furniture Row. But the woman I talked to on the phone was actually really nice and didn’t rush me off. She found my order right away and had the store call me back later that same day. They worked out a new delivery time that fit my schedule, and they even checked in after it arrived. I still wish the mix-up hadn’t happened, obviously, but I have to give them credit, they handled it better than I expected. I’d probably shop there again

"A ton of options for pretty much every room"
I didn’t expect Furniture Row to have so much stuff online. I went in just looking for a couch, but before I knew it I was browsing beds, dining tables, rugs, and a bunch of other things. There were lots of different styles and price points, which was nice because it didn’t feel like I was boxed into just a few choices. The site was easy to get around too. I’d definitely shop here again.

I bought a sofa here recently, the price felt fair compared to a lot of other places I checked. The quality seems good so far, so no complaints there. The delivery fee was a little higher than I expected, like why so much?? But overall, I had a good experience and I’d probably shop here again.

"Not quite what I thought I was getting"
I ordered a table from Furniture Row, the listing made it seem a lot nicer than what showed up. The color wasn’t really what I expected, and the finish just felt kind of cheap in person compared to how it looked online.

I ended up keeping it because it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but yeah, I was a bit disappointed. They really need better photos and more accurate details, because I definitely thought it would be closer to the description.

They did get it fixed in the end, which I appreciate, but I won’t pretend I loved having to spend time dealing with it. It wasn’t a huge hassle, just more effort than I wanted to put in for something that should’ve been straightforward
